MEN’S
CRP DIVISION: To win the prize in the CRP
division, the following rules apply.
A) Hunter must be registered to vote
and reside in East Carroll Parish,
LA. and 16 years old or older at the time of harvest. If hunter
is 16 or 17 years old their parent or legal guardian must be
registered to vote and reside in East Carroll Parish.
B) Hunter must be lawfully licensed or exempt from license
according to Louisiana State Law.
C) Hunter must take the deer according to La. State Law.
D) Deer horns will be scored by the Randy’s Auto modified
scoring system.
E) Entered deer must be taken in the La. deer 2010-2011
season.
F) Deer must be taken in East Carroll Parish,
LA. west of Hwy 65.
G) Hunter must agree to these rules by signing or having a
legal guardian sign these rules.
YOUTH CRP
DIVISION: A) Same rules as
above except that hunter must be 15 years old or younger
at the time of harvest and their parent or legal guardian must be
registered
to vote and reside in East Carroll Parish.
MEN’S
OPEN DIVISION: To win the prize in the OPEN
division, the following rules apply.
A) Hunter must be registered to vote
and reside in East Carroll Parish,
LA. and 16 years old or older at the time of harvest. If hunter
is 16 or 17 years old their parent or legal guardian must be
registered to vote and reside in East Carroll Parish.
B) Hunter must be licensed or exempt from license according

WOMEN’S division, the following rules apply.
A) Hunter
or their parent or legal guardian must be registered to vote and
reside in East Carroll Parish,
LA.
B) Hunter must be

C) Hunter must take the deer lawfully according to state
law.

ARCHERY
DIVISION: To win the ARCHERY
division, the following rules apply.
A) Hunter
or their parent or legal guardian must be registered to vote and
reside in East Carroll Parish,
LA.
B) Hunter must be
a licensed or exempt from license according
to state law.
C) Hunter must take the deer lawfully according to state
law.
D) Deer horns will be scored by the Randy’s Auto modified
scoring system.
E) Entered deer must be taken in the deer 2010-2011
season.
F) Deer must be taken in Arkansas, Louisiana, or
Mississippi.
G) Hunter must agree to these rules by signing or having a
legal guardian sign these rules.
CHILDREN'S DOE
DIVISION: To win the
CHILDREN'S DOE
division, the following rules apply.
A) Hunter
or their parent or legal guardian must be registered to vote and
reside in East Carroll Parish,
LA. Hunter must be 12 years of age or younger.
B) Hunter must take the deer lawfully according to state
law.
C) Entered deer must be taken in the deer 2010-2011
season.
D) Deer must be taken in Arkansas, Louisiana, or
Mississippi.
E) Hunter
must agree to these rules by having a legal guardian sign these rules.
F) The
winners will be the 3 individuals killing doe deer with the longest
tail. The tail will be measured from the bottom of the tail to
the end of the longest hair.
RAFFLE: To win
the RAFFLE, the following rules apply.
A) Hunter
or their parent or legal guardian must be registered to vote and
reside in East Carroll
Parish, LA
B) Hunter must be lawfully licensed or exempt from license
according to State Law.
C) Hunter must take the deer lawfully according to state
law.
D)
Qualifying deer must be taken in the 2010-2011 season.
E)
Qualifying deer must be taken in Arkansas, Louisiana, or Mississippi.
F) To enter
hunter must produce a buck deer. Hunter can only enter once.
G) Hunter must be at least 18 years old or have a legal
guardian enter for them.
H) The winter will be determined by a blind draw of names of
the hunter entered in the RAFFLE.
I) Drawing will be held at
the awards program located at UAP on the evening of Thursday, February
3,
2011. Hunter must be present at the specified time and
place of the drawing. If hunter’s name is drawn and hunter is not
present, hunter’s name will be withdrawn from the RAFFLE contest.
J) Hunter must agree to these rules by signing or having a
legal guardian sign these rules.
Hunter
may only win once in a division. No deer entered after
February 1, 2011.
ANY DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED BY
RULES COMMITTEE. RULES COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
ANY ENTRY INTO THE CONTEST OR ALLOW ANYONE TO ENTER THE CONTEST.
