East Carroll Parish Big Buck Banquet

2008 - 2009

        The 2008 - 2009 East Carroll Parish Big Buck Contest Banquet was held Thursday, February 5th, 2009, at the UAP building in Lake Providence.  This year's banquet boasted the largest crowd to date, with everyone enjoying the live music and Chili and gumbo. 

Prizes were handed out to the top 3 highest scorers in each category and many door prizes were awarded to the eager crowd.  Also, trophies were awarded to the winner of this season's contest, Ricky Parker, as well as, the past 2 winners of the Big Buck Contest, Joseph Hopkins and Floyd Hutchinson.  Buford Perry also received recognition for his record kill from 1961.  Many thanks to the sponsors, door prize contributors and to everyone who worked to make the 2008 - 2009 East Carroll Parish Big Buck Contest a success.
